Her technique is truly process driven, and solutions are derived from within the system, rather than imposed upon the system from outside. Facilitation is meaning driven and results oriented, helping your team connect to it’s unique purpose and vision and then implement this into meaningful action. facilitation frameworkProcess-Oriented Psychology (or Process Work as developed by Arnold Mindell) is an awareness based paradigm that works with individual and collective change. Applied to organisations, Process Work provides teams with a framework for understanding and integrating the things that disturb their functioning and cohesion. Process Work believes that the solutions to organisational challenges are contained within that which disturbs. In traditional approaches, the disturbance is labelled the problem or seen as something outside the team’s identity and therefore cannot be integrated meaningfully. However, in Process Work, a core value is Deep Democracy, which means all voices are valued and seen to contribute to the health of the team. It is an experiential approach, getting beyond discussion and accessing levels of awareness where change and transformation occur. Process Work believes that the team has everything it needs to grow and develop; my role as facilitator is to help bring the team’s awareness to these parts of itself.
